Private 1:1 reformer training designed specifically for your goals and your body. Pilates can help a variety of concerns including improved mobility, strengthening and flexibility, but most importantly it creates functional movements.
I will help you do all the things you want to do, from biking to golfing to running after your kids (or grandkids)!
Pilates is also great addition to your rehabilitative journey, as we work to create whole body movement and help prevent future injuries.
My specialties are injury prevention, strength building and working with seniors. That said, I’m more than comfortable providing services to a variety of clients (just take a look at my testimonials).
